This is the fifth time in 4 years I have used Victoria ER. Every time it's the same . Very friendly staff and Dr. they pay attention to what you are saying and treat you with the up most respect . I went in with severe pain and was immediately tended to with quick action and care. Roanleigh was very kind and patient when checking me in, Brittany was very sweet who took my vitals and gave me a warm blanket, Jennifer was the wonderful nurse that quickly started my IV and made sure I was kept comfortable, Lacey was the kind ultrasound tech who was personable, and Dr. Hathorn was the amazing doctor who was very empathetic who took the time to listen to my complaint and explained everything we were doing and went over my results in detail. Melanie was my discharge nurse who made sure I was comfortable leaving and gave me a copy of all my results. Highly recommend. - 11/13/2024
