Excellent Care at Victoria ER! I recently had to visit Victoria ER due to severe stomach pain. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and care of the staff. * Roanleigh: The front desk clerk was incredibly helpful and efficient, making the check-in process as smooth as possible. * Lindsay & Monica: The medical staff were prompt, compassionate, and skilled. Monica was amazing at placing my IV on the first try, which is hard to do because I’m a hard stick. * Dr. Gartzman : He was thorough, understanding, and due to his due diligence quickly diagnosed my appendicitis. The entire team worked together seamlessly, and I was impressed by their efficiency and communication. Thanks to their quick action, I was able to receive the necessary treatment promptly and am now on the road to recovery. I highly recommend Victoria ER for anyone in need of immediate medical attention! - 1/24/2025

I had to stay around 24 hours. The doctor and nurses were so kind and compassionate. Melanie was my main nurse and I can’t brag on her enough. She was patient, sweet, gave detailed information and explained what I didn’t understand. She was all around probably the best nurse I’ve ever had. The doctor on duty was also informative and very kind. He didn’t dismiss my symptoms or feelings and was extremely thorough in finding out what was going on. My favorite thing about this place is the quality of care especially when compared to any other ER I’ve been too. They checked on me often and brought me anything I needed. I won’t go anywhere else when I have a choice. - 1/23/2025

1000% recommend this facility. From the moment we stepped into the building to the moment we left, our concerns were heard, and we felt very comfortable with treatment. I was by myself with three children, and they continued to cater to me and all of my kids, even though only one of them was the sick one.
